Pierre is the lobbyist to turn to when you need to get things done.

Recognized for his expertise in the areas of local government, regulatory and tax issues, Pierre builds on 25 years of experience navigating some of Minnesota’s most complex governmental and political environments to deliver reliable results for Goff Public’s clients at the Capitol. Fiercely loyal and dedicated to his clients, Pierre’s approach is founded on a thorough understanding of client issues.

From securing millions of dollars in bonding to analyzing and leading efforts to pass policy and finance legislation, Pierre’s expertise spans many key issue areas. Through his work, he has earned the trust and respect of lawmakers, community leaders and administrative staff alike. His deep relationships and political intelligence help our clients understand the dynamics and personalities at play on any issue as he guides them to achieve their goals.

Pierre’s government expertise stems from over two decades of experience at the city of Minneapolis leading internal and external city policy efforts, including nine years representing the city at the Minnesota State Capitol. He also previously led the University of Minnesota Foundation Real Estate Advisors’ community development and relations efforts.

Now enjoying his life as an empty-nester, Pierre stays busy keeping tabs on his four grown children and extended family. A small-town Minnesota native and 30+ year resident of the Twin Cities, Pierre likes to bike and walk both sides of the Mississippi River and bike in almost any Minnesota weather.
