Michele Borsari

As legislative coordinator, Mick brings an element of “joie de vivre” to the public affairs team. He is well-versed in navigating the winding pathways of legislation and tracking bills as they evolve into law. With a strong organizational and administrative background, Mick provides the backbone for successful work on behalf of our clients. Mick understands that relationships are essential — a lesson reinforced by his four years of experience in various roles at the Minnesota House of Representatives. Community-oriented and endlessly curious, Mick’s skills help our clients tackle the challenges of the new biennium.

Mick joined Goff Public after serving as a legislative assistant in the Minnesota House of Representatives. During his time at the House, he also staffed the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy committee and the Redistricting committee. Mick began his journey in state politics in 2019 working in the Chief Clerk’s Office, where he gained valuable insights into the critical role of nonpartisan work at the Capitol. This experience laid the foundation for his deep understanding of the legislative process.

Mick is an avid traveler and international nomad, though he proudly calls Winona, Minn., home. Currently residing in Saint Paul, Mick enjoys spending his free time strolling through the charming Cathedral Hill neighborhood, sipping tea during the cold winters and preparing hearty meals to share with friends. He has a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life.
