For more than 25 years, she has expertly managed multi-faceted public relations campaigns, built successful advocacy programs from the ground up and helped connect clients with the people who matter most. Heidi’s sound judgement and deep experience in reputation management and public affairs helps clients grow and improve their business. Heidi is a trusted advisor and strategic partner for leaders from industries ranging from health care to mining and energy.

Heidi has held the role of CFO and served on the company’s management team for the past 12 years. In 2022, she added the role of COO and now oversees the company’s operations and fast-growing team in addition to its financial strategies. Heidi is also a pillar in Minnesota’s business and philanthropic sectors through her years of board and civic service, including the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, the Citizens League and the American Lung Association.

Heidi enjoys outdoor patio dining, traveling with her family and baking her favorite family recipes – often with Boomer the French Brittany at her side.
