She utilizes her diverse experience in media relations, issue messaging, advocacy, thought leadership and community engagement to help clients realize their goals and elevate their reputation. With insightful guidance and creativity, Caroline creates memorable experiences to draw attention to issues, engage stakeholders and move public policy.
From social safety supports and small business economic development to nonprofit collaboration and narrative change, Caroline works on a variety of cross-sector policy and issue areas. At the Capitol, she plays an integral part by providing persuasive messaging and advocacy strategies for public affairs clients. She is a firm believer in the positive impact that honest, down-to-earth communications make when it comes to today’s most pressing issues.
Before joining Goff Public, she managed media relations for high-profile elected officials and candidates, including as press secretary for former Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton and as media manager for Saint Paul Mayor Melvin Carter’s successful 2017 campaign.
Caroline is a Minneapolis resident with an affinity for a good book and cup of coffee. In her free time, she loves to travel, cook and spend time with loved ones.
