Caroline utilizes her diverse experience in media relations, issue messaging, community engagement and outreach strategies to help clients reach their goals. Before joining Goff Public, Caroline managed media relations for high-profile elected officials and candidates. As press secretary for former Governor Mark Dayton, Caroline served as a spokesperson, coordinated media requests, developed communications materials, and executed press events and tours across the state. Caroline also served as media manager for Saint Paul Mayor Melvin Carter’s successful campaign, where she wrote campaign communications, created social media content and managed media relations.
Caroline is a new Minneapolis resident with an affinity for farmers markets and a good cup of coffee. In her free time, she loves to travel, work on cutting down her ever-growing stack of novels and spend time with her family and friends.
