Drawing from her professional background at the intersection of strategic communications and public policy, Caroline helps organizations tell powerful stories. She utilizes her diverse experience in media relations, issue messaging, community engagement and outreach to help clients reach their goals.
From grassroots advocacy and economic development projects to narrative and social change, Caroline has worked on a variety of policy and issue areas throughout her career. She is a firm believer in the positive impact that authentic communication makes when it comes to today’s most pressing issues.
Before joining Goff Public, she managed media relations for high-profile elected officials and candidates, including as press secretary for former Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton and as media manager for Saint Paul Mayor Melvin Carter’s successful 2017 campaign.
Caroline is a Minneapolis resident with an affinity for a good book and cup of coffee. In her free time, she loves to travel, cook, and be with her family and friends.
