With experience working in public policy, education and healthcare, Grayce brings specific expertise in crafting communications strategies for policymakers and simplifying complex issues into accessible, persuasive messages. Clients large and small count on Grayce to be a trusted partner who understands their organization and amplifies their voice.
Prior to joining Goff Public, Grayce served on the public affairs team at Allina Health where she played a critical role in advancing the organization’s state and federal public policy agenda through legislative analysis, regulatory affairs, grassroots advocacy and strategic communications. Additionally, while obtaining a master’s degree in communication, Grayce produced award-winning research in the areas of political communication and media history which she presented at national and international conferences. Her thesis on social media use for political news consumption was published in a peer-reviewed academic journal.
In her free time, Grayce enjoys snowboarding, playing guitar and softball, solving jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her husband and dog.
