Goff Public seeks legislative assistant

Goff Public is seeking an immediate, full-time legislative assistant for its government relations practice for the 2021 legislative session. The successful candidate would begin as soon as possible and work through May, with the possibility of permanent employment.

This is a full-time position, including some evening and weekend hours. Job responsibilities include bill tracking, monitoring hearings, writing legislative updates, scheduling appointments and managing schedules. Candidates should have project management experience, strong writing skills, and experience working at the Minnesota State Capitol and/or on legislative campaigns.

This is an opportunity to work for a well-respected firm with clients across multiple policy areas. In addition to government relations work, the position may include working with Goff Public’s public relations and public affairs practices.
