2025 Goff Comms Cohort kicks off

| January 16, 2025

Earlier this month, we hosted our first training session for the 2025 Goff Comms Cohort – our annual pro-bono training program for Minnesota-based nonprofit communications and advocacy professionals. This session marks the second year Goff Public has hosted the program, part of our ongoing commitment to support nonprofit organizations doing meaningful work in our communities.

The Goff Comms Cohort provides an opportunity for nonprofit professionals to learn directly from the experts at Goff while networking with peers. The first session focused on effective communications and storytelling.

The cohort of 19 nonprofit leaders will participate in two more training sessions in 2025. These sessions will cover media relations, crisis communications and advocacy.

“We’re thrilled to launch the second year of our Goff Comms Cohort and empower nonprofit leaders who are driving positive change across our state,” said Goff Public CEO and President Jen Hellman. “Sharing our expertise to amplify their missions is a privilege for our team.”
