Alexandra Rylander

Alexandra joins Goff Public as our graphic design and multimedia intern. She recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in English rhetorics of science, technology and culture, a minor in multimedia communications, and an anthropology certificate. In her role, she will design marketing materials, create digital assets and support branding initiatives for Goff Public’s internal and client needs. She is excited to enrich her understanding of brand strategy and the intersection between written and visual language within effective communication.

In the summer of 2023, Alexandra gained her first agency experience as an intern for a well-known Michigan-based communications firm, where she helped coordinate an interview in partnership with the Grand Rapids Public Museum and created digital content to promote a variety of clients. Alexandra also interned for the Dean of Students office on the UW–Eau Claire campus, where she assisted in documenting and communicating critical information to those on campus and the surrounding community. Additionally, she assisted in providing resources for a diverse range of students and faculty,

Minnesota born and raised, Alexandra’s preferred way to embrace the natural beauty of the state is by hiking. Her favorite area to explore is the Superior Hiking Trail along the North Shore. When she is not adventuring, she enjoys pursuing her passion for music, whether that’s gluing herself to her piano bench for hours at a time or discovering new music. She also appreciates film and literature. Off-putting horror movies are her favorite to see on the screen, while psychological thrillers, memoirs and philosophical fiction are what she reaches for on her bookshelf.
