Based in St. Cloud, the Jugaad Leadership Program is an annual professional development program for emerging leaders of color in Central Minnesota. We have been proud to support this program with pro bono communications services over the past several months aimed at recruiting a diverse class of applicants for its class of 2021.
Our team worked with the Jugaad Leadership Program to produce a new recruitment video and created a suite of communications materials to promote the program. We also provided media relations strategy and outreach.
This project was part of Goff Public’s commitment to offer pro bono services to organizations working to achieve racial equity in Minnesota. We are thankful for the opportunity to contribute to the success of an innovative program training Minnesota’s future leaders!
