Drawing from her unique professional background at the intersection of strategic communications and public policy, Caroline helps organizations tell powerful stories. She has diverse experience in media relations, issue messaging, community engagement and outreach strategies.
Before starting at Goff Public, Caroline managed media relations for high-profile elected officials and candidates. As press secretary for former Governor Mark Dayton, Caroline served as a spokesperson, managed media requests, developed written content, and executed press events and tours across the state. Caroline also served as media manager for Saint Paul Mayor Melvin Carter’s successful campaign, where she wrote campaign communications, created social media content and managed media relations.
Caroline is a proud Saint Paul resident with an affinity for farmers markets and leaf peeping autumn colors on the North Shore. No matter the season, she always enjoys a good cup of coffee and spending time with her family and friends.
