Celebrating 50 years in business

As we plan for 2016, we are also thinking back over our first 50 years in business. Our founders launched our company as an advertising firm, but soon they realized that for many clients, making story pitches to the media would be more effective – and more affordable – than running ads. One of Minnesota’s first public relations firms was born.

A few years later, cofounder Bob Goff put his politics and government experience to work by adding government relations to our service offerings. Our company was reborn as one of the few public relations/government relations firms in Minnesota.

Much has changed during Goff Public’s first 50 years – evidenced by the technologies in this brief video commemorating our anniversary. Yet our commitment to strong reputations, genuine relationships, and real results for clients has remained the same.

Thank you to our talented video partners at Hendlin for helping us tell our story, and to all of our clients and friends for helping make Goff Public’s first 50 years a success.
